Honestly, nothing pains me more than having to get dinner ready with a crap knife. Aside from it taking longer I just don't find the process as enjoyable. I've been using the N1 Chef knife from Paudin for over a week now and also comparing it to the Kiwi knife which is shorter. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to up their home cooking game.
