Qian Pro 7" Cleaver Knife combines useful aspects of Western and Eastern knives, such as an ergonomic handle, a sturdy and broad blade. It’s the most suitable for slicing meat and any large, tough vegetables or fruits. Despite its similarity to a butcher’s cleaver knife it’s not recommended to chop bones with this knife.

This knife is made of high-quality German stainless steel (7Cr17MoV) that contains more Vanadium than other steels and as a result it increases overall strength, wear resistance, and toughness comparing to other knives.
Sharpness & Durability: Constructed of high-quality German stainless steels (7Cr17MoV) and contains Vanadium, which improves the wear resistance and ease of sharpening. The blade resists stains and corrosion and holds its edge retention for a long period.

Hardness: Forged from 7Cr17MoV German steel with a Rockwell hardness of 58+. Ultra-high toughness and hardness make sharp blades difficult to bend and break.
