We want you to enjoy our product for many years. However, if any defects in materials or craftsmanship of our knives were found within 12 months from the date of purchase, you can easily return the product. In order to do so, you need to provide a return code. Please, contact us at support@paudinpro.com and we will accompany you through the process.

We offer a 12-months full money-back guarantee. During this period, we don’t provide repair service but, instead, we replace a damaged knife with a new one. Check out our Warranty policy to learn more details.


The blades of our knives are stamped in YangJiang, China - the capital of knife crafting with 1400 years of knife production history. All of our craftsmen take personal responsibility to show that Chinese quality can be world-class.

We use high-quality materials from German and Japan depending on the product (specific information is indicated in every product description).
