It’s the most suitable for slicing meat and any large, tough vegetables or fruits. Despite its similarity to a butcher’s cleaver knife it’s not recommended to chop bones with this knife.

Hardness: Forged from 7Cr17MoV German steel with a Rockwell hardness of 58+. Ultra-high toughness and hardness make sharp blades difficult to bend and break.
